Harry Potter!!

Last week my friend Sherri and I went to the midnight session of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2...the very last Harry Potter film. We were extremely excited, as well as sad that it was all ending, and we decided to dress up. In our fail of a costumes we drew dark marks on our arms...in perminant marker. This was not the best idea as I was going to be swimming 24/7 in Cairns a couple of days after (yes, I got weird stares from people at the hotel wondering why I had a skull and a snake drawn really badly on my arm). With my teased hair and dark eye makeup I could pass as Bellatrix Lestrange. In fact, I played the part well, screaming "I KILLED SERIOUS BLACK!" and having the entire room go dead silent for a few seconds and everybody stare at me. We entered the cinema, taking pictures while waiting of our awesome costumes, and breaking out into applause when the movie started. And it was EPIC!!!! The movie didnt disappoint. After ten or so years of my life with Harry Potter I feel as if a part of me has died. I can't believe it's all over, and that there are no more books, or movies to come out. No more crazy midnight sessions. Harry Potter is the most amazing thing to happen in our lives, it has been completed, and if I were to die right now I'd die happy. We shall never forget JK Rowling and the most incredible series ever created!!! :)

We are just that cool...

So tonight my school production Les Miserables finished and we made the smart decision to stay back until 1:00am to help clear everything up, have pizza and cake. Me and my friend Sherri where trying on Les Mis shirts in the store room and to ensure that nobody entered, we locked the door.
Bad idea.
After finally finding the right sizes, we decided to leave. Only, we couldn't quite open the door.
We had very smartly locked ourselves in. Trying to get people's attention, screaming out for help when one of the main characters passed the room singing at the top of his lungs. Maybe if he had shut up he would have heard us. So anyway the vice principal finally realized we were locked in there and tried to calm us down. Saying 'it's going to be alright, we've just gone to get the key" not realizing we were rolling on the ground cracking up.
Five minutes later we were out.
Only we are cool enough to get locked in a storeroom at school at one in the morning.
PS nothing happened in that storeroom :)
